Our Philosophy

We are not just a massage studio - although we provide the best massage services in Nevada - WE are a lifestyle!

Centered around teaching and helping others to LOVE the way they feel everyday, these concepts provide a holistic approach to our massage, bodywork, fitness and yoga treatments and teachings.

Our philosophy for treatments and interactions are based on three principles:

Mindfulness.

By utilizing and teaching Mindfulness and body awareness through breathwork, meditation and helping our clients to be an active part of their treatments and recovery, we enforce our belief that our practice is ALL about our clients and empowering them to build the foundation needed to Love the way they feel everyday.

Strength.

Strength in our everyday lives is not just related to our physical strength, although this is an important aspect of living a balanced and healthy life. Strength is also about our ability to provide consistency. This consistency provides us the fuel to keep going even when we don’t feel like it. It gives us the fuel to keep with our intentions for less pain, less anxiety, helps us to accomplish our goals and to live a better and happier version of ourselves. Our yoga, private yoga and home carry over sessions provide our clients the ability to dig deeper into their injuries and daily discomforts. Teaching clients how to do intelligent (and doable) strength training for their individual needs, guarantees a better rate of success for our clients. Strength of mind and body is a core tenant to help our clients reach their massage, bodywork, yoga and life goals.

Compassion.

The compassion you show yourself ripples into your personal relationships and continues into the network of those connected relationships. Having better relationships in general, starts with the relationship you have with yourself. I Love Bodywork, at its heart, is about helping you to recognize your greatness by providing you support through our treatments, our yoga sessions and our referral network. Learning how to be kind, compassionate and patient with yourself will help you to take better care of yourself, your family, your work and your business. In our house, you come first and if you don’t know how to do that for yourself, allow us to show you the way.

Hello! I’m Megan Beers LMT, 200-RYT, and the founder and owner of I Love Bodywork.

We are a health and lifestyle company with a focus on massage therapy and yoga. We believe that being healthy means a holistic approach to you meeting your needs. It means taking care of yourself mentally, physiologically, and energetically.

When you’re feeling stressed and overwhelmed, it takes a physical toll on the body. We aim to fix that by providing lasting relief with our specially tailored massages, private yoga sessions and classes, and large referral network.

Every body is different, and the techniques that work for some may not work for others. We take the time to understand your specific needs and customize your massage and yoga experience to you.

We want you feeling great after you leave us, too! So we’ll show you stretches and techniques to help out your problem areas to keep you feeling great long term. This means we help you take an active role in your healing journey during, in between, and after your sessions.

Complimenting our massage and bodywork sessions are our private yoga and bodywork sessions and small group class offerings. Yoga is amazing for improving flexibility, decreasing stress, and increasing strength in our problem areas. When we improve the muscles in those areas our pain decreases. Yoga also allows us the opportunity to learn more about our individual needs for our bodies and how they function. Allow us to guide you to a new way of working with your body that can give you better insight about yourself and a way to feel BETTER.

We offer classes for all ability levels and whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, we would love to have you join our classes!
